Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons of AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show earned her six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actor and critical praise. In her two-decade career for her role in lawyer dramatic Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Her appearances are featured in films such as Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River as well as The Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Also, she's contributed her voice to animation films such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. Her modeling career started in the early days of modeling and continued through the years, until her first appearance as a TV actor in Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. Her first big role was on the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her role in the hit show Firefly. In 2010, she was chosen as one of the most beautiful women around the globe and was named the Best-Looking Woman on the planet in America by Esquire magazine.
